AudienceView has been selected as the new technology partner for the Air Force Academy Athletics Corp (AFAAC).
The firm will implement a single, integrated platform to power ticketing, fan engagement and donor management.
Previously, fan and donor information was stored in several different databases rather than on a single platform with a view of all customer relationships.
With all data stored in one place going forward, the US college can better engage all supporters and provide a powerful service experience.

Air Force Athletics will soon offer athletics ticketing, special events and sports camps as additional ways for fans to support the academy’s cadet-athletes, all powered by AudienceView using their existing login credentials and a single account.
