Self-service event ticketing software Ticketscript has recorded an increase in sales and mobile conversion rates following the launch of its new ‘Ticketshop’ earlier this year.

Ticketscript said that its clients had reported a 125-per-cent increase in mobile conversion, with customers purchasing tickets now being four times more likely to use a mobile device than last year.

In addition, mobile is now regarded as the leading platform for customers, with 63.6 per cent of users opting for this platform, up from 45.9 per cent last year. In comparison, desktop users have fallen from 47.4 per cent to 31.1 per cent.
