Syx signed up by major London attractions

Leisure management software provider Syx Automations has expanded its presence in the UK after agreeing a deal to provide ticketing and point-of-sale services to five of London’s biggest attractions.

The company, which has offices in London, Belgium, the Netherlands and India, will work with Tower Bridge Exhibition, The Monument, Keats House, Guildhall Art Gallery and the City Information Centre.

The five attractions, which are operated by the City of London Corporation, will use Syx’s software for admissions, ticketing, membership, group sales management and the company’s Webshop solution.

Eddie Lee, UK sales manager for Syx, said: “We are very proud to welcome such prestigious and historically important organisations in the UK to the Syx family.”

The company, which is headquartered in Ypres, Belgium, said the diverse nature of the five attractions would require the full range of its products and specialist know-how. Syx offers systems for leisure trusts, recreational public services, museums, theatres, amusement parks and zoos among other attractions.

“Our goal is to offer ticketing and POS management software to the cultural and leisure industry that enhances the visitor experience, but also simplifies their internal ways of working,” Lee said. “We are delighted that the City of London Corporation has decided to use our software across some of its most important landmarks.”
