The New York-based Utica Comets professional ice hockey team has signed a multi-year partnership with ticketing provider StubHub.
StubHub will serve as the secondary ticketing provider of the team, which plays in the North Division of the Eastern Conference of the American Hockey League.
The partnership covers ticketing integration, as well as marketing and sponsorship rights.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer Comets fans the opportunity to access the world’s most trusted secondary ticket marketplace,” Comets president Robert Esche said.
“Making our games easier to attend, and giving our season-ticket members the ability to sell their tickets in a safe and secure location is a priority of ours. StubHub has the technology and vision to make that goal a possibility.”
Season-ticket holders will be able to access StubHub through their EmpireStateTix.com account.
