SecuTix seeks new head of sales

SecuTix, a company that provides state-of-the-art solutions for ticketing and customer relationship management, has begun a search for a new head of sales.

The successful candidate will be given a mandate to develop and increase the customer portfolio in their region, as well as will charge of the business development and increase of customer/project presence in their area/region.

The responsibilities as a sales account executive will be to find, develop and sign new contracts and projects in the entertainment (theatre, museum, festival), museum and sports segment (teams and international tournament). The successful candidate will also take charge of establishing long-term relationships with prospects and local influencers.

Other responsibilities are to take part to the local industry and ticketing conferences; account management of existing customer base; present and being able to demonstrate the solutions; and define and write offers and proposals.

The candidate’s profile will be an experienced sales account manager in the entertainment and leisure sector and able to manage and close complex projects, with a minimum of three years of experience.

Candidates should also bring experience in the ticketing industry, digital marketing, web technologies and SaaS solutions, and be a strong professional in negotiation and in building customer/prospect relationships, being able to negotiate and handle complex projects.

Candidates should be results-oriented and look for solutions and customer satisfaction, as well as be able to communicate in their local language as well as in English with the international teams. Domestic travel will also be a key part of the role.
