Cashless solutions company Semnox is to provide its integrated ticketing system to family attraction Dubai Garden Glow.
Semnox will implement its integrated online ticketing platform for end customers, tour operators and onsite ticket booking at both of the site’s theme parks. This digital platform has provided the destination with additional sales channels which are hoped to increase revenue and reduce operational and overhead costs.
The attraction, which hosts a dinosaur park and garden park, opened at the end of 2015 with the hope of attracting one million visitors in its first year.
Chanchal Samanta, Dubai Garden Glow’s managing partner, said: “Semnox’s ticketing system was engineered to equip our ticketing agents and customers with an advanced digital ticketing platform. This has improved our customer satisfaction and reduced the time we spend in our day-end reconciliation.”
Shreyas Rai, sales manager at Semnox Solutions, said that with the rapid increase in the use of digital technology it is “imperative for this industry to migrate from traditional ticketing systems” allowing technical solutions to “evolve quickly and satisfy different business models.
