Tickets in hot demand for F1 finale

Fewer than 500 grandstand tickets remain for this weekend’s title-deciding Formula One world championship Abu Dhabi grand prix.

With Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton fighting it out for the F1 title on Sunday, the Marina and Main Grandstand tickets have sold out in recent days, with the West Grandstand and South and North Grandstands also set to sell out this week.

Tickets have proved popular as they include the race itself, as well as the finales of the GP2 and GP3 development series campaigns over the two days. The tickets also allow F1 fans to visit the restaurants, hotels and clubs around the complex.

One-day tickets are also available for the North Grandstand.

A number of music acts are performing as part of the race weekend, with pre and post-race concerts at the venue featuring the likes of The Chemical Brothers.

All ticket-holders will also have free access to the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld theme parks.
