Vendini has been signed up as a new ticketing partner of a number of North American colleges and educational institutions.
Vendini will serve as the official ticketing partner of Louisiana State University’s College of Music and Dramatic Arts and New Mexico Highlands University Athletics and Northern State University School of Fine Arts.
In addition, Oregon State University will continue to use Vendini's platform for its Memorial Union and University Theatre, and will also now use the technology for several different departments and events, including the School of Arts & Communication.
“Our theatre department has been using Vendini successfully for several years, and after vetting several ticketing resources through our IT and business centres, we determined that Vendini could best meet our hardware, software, marketing and security requirements for all of the ticketed events within the School of Arts and Communication,” said Erin O'Shea Sneller, marketing and communications manager at Oregon State University School of Arts & Communication.
Vendini chief executive Mark Tacchi added: “In the last year we have seen a steady increase in new university members, largely because our all-in-one platform is light switch simple, and that's what schools need – a live event management solution that is intuitive and easy to use.”
