Vendini upgrades CRM offering

Live events software and services provider Vendini has announced new customer relationship management (CRM) enhancements to its cloud-based event management and ticketing platform.

Vendini's new patron management functionality enables personalised CRM, allowing organisations to review engagement activities and create more bespoke offerings for customers.

The new functionality provides a complete overview of each customer's purchase history, including ticket transactions, memberships, gift cards, season tickets and donations. Customers can be tagged and grouped to streamline communications and their donations can be acknowledged using integrated email marketing tools.

Vendini said that the CRM capabilities would allow event organisers to provide a more personal experience for the customer.

“We created this functionality to give organisations a tool they can use to deepen relationships with their patrons,” Vendini chief executive Mark Tacchi said. “We want to make it easy for venues and organisations to engage with patrons, foster loyalty, and cultivate giving by providing them with the tools they need to initiate, manage and track every patron interaction.”
