TopTix UK has appointed Jamie Snelgrove as its business development director.
The ticketing solutions provider, whose web-delivered Standing Room Only (SRO) solution currently supports over 500 institutions worldwide, has appointed Snelgrove to further expand its UK customer base.
“I’m very excited to join the TopTix UK team and represent such a powerful and flexible software product with SRO,” said Snelgrove, who previously worked as head of theatre revenue management at See Tickets. “It is rewarding to offer a solution that enables our clients to provide superb customer engagement and generate immediate bottom line results.”
The SRO platform, which manages ticket sales, CRM and merchandise sales, is employed by major attractions such as the British Library and English National Opera.
