Vivid Seats has become the exclusive ticket partner of North American regional sports network CSN Chicago.

The deal links the ticket marketplace with the media organisation that is a partnership between Chicago’s major sports teams and NBC Sports Group. The cable television channel and media platform extensively covers MLB baseball World Series champions the Chicago Cubs and rivals the White Sox as well as the city’s Cubs NBA basketball team and Blackhawks NHL ice hockey franchise.

The deal is a major development for Vivid Seats, which is based in the Illinois city and is a major secondary marketplace for tickets to live sports, concert and theatre events.

Through the partnership, visitors to can now shop for tickets as well as accessing the latest sports news. Dedicated links and ads on pages throughout will be available for streamlined access to tickets currently for sale in the Vivid Seats marketplace. Vivid Seats just recently expanded its presence in college sports by signing a partnership with Marquette College.
