Patron Event Ticketing system to establish connections

Internet Merchandising Systems has launched its new Patron Event Ticketing system, which is capable of establishing connections to ‘smart-city’ datasets.

The multi-tenant, multi-site system covers ticketing, point of sale, e-commerce, memberships, events and reservations, inventory, sales and marketing, member portal and online waivers. Guests may use mobile devices or print-at-home options, whilst traditional tickets can also be catered for.

The Patron platform bundles tickets, scheduling, marketing and management into a single platform, while the 3Notes application enables communication between event organisers.

Launched as part of the Odin platform, Patron also provides additional revenue stream opportunities for event organisers by enabling creation and direct sale of custom merchandise with the e-commerce module.

Odin is a modifiable off-the-shelf multi-tenant, multi-brand, multi-site tourism and transit reservation and ticketing software that can be configured for single or multi-tenant operation.

By supporting multi-tenancy, the platform allows multiple operators to be organised in a common metropolitan area, possibly sharing common customers, smartcards and multi-modal tickets.
