Accelevents is now offering event ticketing in addition to its primary function of providing a mobile fundraising platform.
The added feature means event guests are able to purchase tickets, check-in and receive notifications informing them on how they can engage in an event’s mobile fundraiser or silent auction.
Previously has focused on the non-profit and fundraising space. The platform will continue this service while also appealing to the broader event-ticketing market.
The company said its solution is the first of its kind with self-serve functionality and pricing that is affordable enough to appeal to large non-profits and fundraising individuals alike.
Currently, it costs fundraisers $1 (£0.80/€0.94) per participant for silent auctions, raffles and ‘fund a need’ campaigns, along with a $99 event activation fee. The company also charges $1 per ticket through its new event-ticketing feature and collects 1% of the total ticket sales.
