Employees at Disney World and other major Florida attractions will now have access to an improved online ticket sharing platform after Florida Attractions Association (FAA) partnered with Accesso Technology Group.
The organisation’s AttractionShare programme will incorporate the cloud-based software-as-a-sevice (SaaS) Accesso ShoWare to streamline ticket sales and distribution.
Exclusively for primary-level members, the programme allows attractions to share ticket privileges with employees of other member attractions. The 80 attractions include waterparks, zoos, museums, aquariums and tours.
These staff affiliates can visit the Accesso-powered AttractionShare website to view the available tickets. Human resource personnel can print complimentary or discounted tickets for employees and a limited number of their guests.
FAA members include Disney World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. The FAA presents networking and educational events and provides government advocacy, marketing, professional development, and mutual assistance programs.
“We are thrilled to work with our partners at Accesso to introduce an all-new ticketing solution for our popular AttractionShare programme,” said Bill Lupfer, president and chief executive of FAA.
“AttractionShare is designed to offer an added benefit to our members, and the Accesso ShoWare solution has helped make the process more convenient, efficient and hassle-free.”
Additionally, Accesso will provide improved data-gathering and reporting functionality, allowing the association to easily track attraction participation, ticket availability and other user data.
