TicketPlan, the live entertainment booking and ticket refund protection agency, has launched a new refund claims charter that provides a series of service level guarantees.

TicketPlan said that it “promises to authorise any refund directly to the customer’s chosen bank account within one working day of any claim being agreed”.

TicketPlan provides insurance cover to ticketing agents, venues and locations across the UK, which in turn allows these facilities to offer a refund feature to customers following the cancellation of tickets.

Additionally, the company has announced a 32 per cent year-on-year rise in sales during the first quarter of 2017.
