Israeli ticketing and events operator PRES.Global has developed a new sales management system for the nation’s only ski resort.

Mt. Hermon attracts more than 200,000 visitors each month, and will now benefit from a new ticketing system through a $425m (£330K/€380K) deal with PRES.Global.

After beating a number of rivals in a competitive tender process, PRES.Global will provide a new CRM/XRM and sales management system.

Among the project’s components are ticket sales, skiing and sport equipment rental, retailer modules and box office management for parking, food and beverages, visitor centre and website management.

PRES.Global said in a statement: “The implementation project is unique and complex due to the many processes involved in sales and operations of the site.”
