Eventim UK launches FanBonus customer loyalty scheme

Eventim UK has announced the launch of a FanBonus, a new loyalty scheme that rewards customers for purchasing tickets with cashback vouchers.

Launched by parent company CTS Eventim earlier this year, FanBonus is now available in five countries.

The benefits that members of the scheme receive include a voucher for three per cent of their total yearly order spend at the end of the year, as well as exclusive access to presales, competitions and offers. The scheme is open to both new and existing customers, and members will start earning on their spending immediately.

Dale Ballentine, Eventim UK’s director of development, said: “We want to reward our customers for their love of live events. The launch of FanBonus allows us to give back to our customers every time they make a purchase.

“As well as the membership benefits of cashback vouchers, access to presales, and ticketing offers, we are in the process of finding more discounts and offers to reward our members with.”
