The Ticketing Factory (TTF) has strengthened its management team after appointing Becky Humphries, the PR Manager for the NEC Group’s Arenas.
Humphries will continue working with the venue, but will also look after public relations for The Ticket Factory, which is the NEC Group Arena’s official box office.
TTF, which is owned by UK venue operator NEC Group, sells around 2.5m tickets each year for a range of comedy events, concerts, sporting events, exhibitions, theatre performances and visitor attractions.
Last week, TTF announced it had appointed former Really Useful Theatres Group executive Richard Howle as director of ticketing.
The firm last month signed several sporting partners, such as England Netball’s Vitality International Tri Series, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Indoor Championships and Table Tennis England’s 2018 International Table Tennis Federation Team World Cup.
