An Australian man has become the fourth person to be arrested in Singapore in relation to forged concert tickets at an Ed Sheeran concert.
Paul Cosgrove was one of the four men that obtained fake ‘Ed Sheeran All Area Access Family and Guests’ passes, making more than S$2,000 (£1,100/$1,490/€1,250) from fans, prosecutors said.
Tickets for the Ed Sheeran show on November 11 and 12 cost between $108 and $248.
Cosgrove was found guilty of abetment by conspiracy and given four weeks in jail, reported The Straits Times. A Briton, Martin Joseph Keane, and two New Zealanders were handed similar sentences last month. 
The Australian had reportedly provided several ‘all area access’ concert passes to the other men, who then brought the fans into the concert on November 11.
Cosgrove was arrested on November 22 at an immigration checkpoint when he tried to go to Johor Baru.
Ed Sheeran is known to have a hard line against touting and inflating ticket prices to his gigs. Earlier this year he put in place strict ticketing and entry rules for his 2018 UK stadium gigs.
