Live Nation and artist management division Maverick have hired Alisann Blood as the new senior vice president of brand partnerships.
In the newly created role, Blood will lead the firm’s brand marketing and develop strategic relationships. She will report to Maverick’s president Greg Thompson, who made the announcement yesterday (Wednesday).
“I’m excited for the opportunity to collaborate with Alisann again,” said Thompson. “She is an innovative executive with a true passion and proven ability to successfully create sensational, new experiences for brands, artists, and their fans.”
Blood most recently worked at Crush Music, where she spearheaded opportunities with global brands and the company’s roster of talent.
Prior to Crush, she served as vice president of brand partnerships and sync at Capitol Music Group and has held various integrated marketing roles at Steve Madden, ID-PR, Island Def Jam Music Group and Elektra Entertainment.
Maverick’s current roster of artists includes U2, G-Eazy, Florida Georgia Line, Madonna, Paul McCartney, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Miley Cyrus, Lil Wayne, Jason Aldean, Jill Scott, The Roots, Fifth Harmony, Rascal Flatts, and more.
