Fan Manager delivers ‘Netflix-like recommendations’ to ticket firms

Fan Manager has launched its AI-powered Fan Search segmentation and activation platform for sports and entertainment businesses.

Fan Manager enables sports and entertainment brands to unify, activate, and monetise their fan data. Its cloud-based, AI-powered software platform aggregates fan data from more than 60 sources to create a 360- degree view of each fan’s purchase and engagement behaviour.

The new platform enables ticketing, marketing, sales and analytics groups to easily identify, analyse, and activate new fans while increasing incremental revenue through ticketing, food and beverage, and merchandise among existing fans.

The Fan Search platform’s proprietary machine-learning algorithms are designed to help customers build audience segments, which are pushed directly into email, CRM, digital marketing, and social platforms effectively reducing fan activation time-to-market by 80 per cent.
