Accesso Technology has attributed its strong 2018 start to its various new agreements and a move into the US market.
The ticketing and queuing solutions firm reportedly said the signing of a “significant” contract with Henry Ford Health System in March 2018 kicked off a new chapter for the company.
According to the Proactive Investors website, the deal also shows the ability to significantly boost the digital guest journey irrespective of end-market or industry vertical.
In addition, Accesso announced a five-year extension deal with Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, one of the world’s largest regional amusement resort operators.
Under the expanded agreement, the company will provide the Accesso Passport ecommerce solution across all its properties.
Proactive Investors reports that Accesso also said it is continuing to expand beyond traditional markets with the expansion of its Ingresso system into the US.
In March, Accesso Technology announced it is to partner with the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games to provide a fully integrated ticketing platform for its Opening Ceremony.
The Opening Ceremony will utilise the company’s Accesso ShoWare solution, a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for ticket sales and distribution.
The ticketing software will allow attendees to purchase tickets for the ceremony either on-site or online, while enabling event organisers to seamlessly integrate and manage the ticketing process on a single platform.
