West Indies continue ticketing with Kyazoonga

Cricket West Indies has renewed its partnership with Kyazoonga as its official ticketing partner.

The deal includes the firm providing ticketing for all international home and domestic series and host tournaments in all formats in the region.

CWI commercial director Dominic Warne said: “One of our key strategic objectives is to increase the number of people who watch and follow Windies cricket, both in the Caribbean and around the world.

“By renewing our relationship with Kyazoonga, we believe we can harness new opportunities to drive attendances for all Windies games as well as making the ticket purchasing experience easier for fans. Kyazoonga’s global platform utilises the latest technology to make buying tickets as easy as possible and allows us to reach a wider range of fans for our games.”

Kyazoonga is a global provider of ticketing systems and services to the sports, entertainment and leisure industries with operations in seven countries, including the US, Caribbean, Europe, UAE and Australia.

The firm has provided its ticketing services to the International Cricket Council and FIFA World Cups. Kyazoonga was apparently a close runner up in the bid for the ticketing of the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Neetu Bhatia, co-founder and chief executive of Kyazoonga, said: “We are honoured to further deepen our on-going association with cricket in the Caribbean and with CWI.

“The partnership with CWI is part of our constant endeavour to provide state-of-the-art, easy and convenient access to exciting sporting action to fans globally. Ticketing is not just about selling a ticket to the customer, it’s about providing an entire user experience.”
