Events.com has partnered with insurance organisation Nicholas Hill Group to offer event cancellation protection to event organisers. 
Events.com is a mobile-first online event management software and registration system used to help organisers manage, market, and monetise their events.
Event directors can now select from a Events.com suite of services, which include registration, sponsorship sales and management tools, event marketing services, and the newest addition, event cancellation protection.
“As municipalities and event venues try to protect their own liability exposure, often times they must force races and events to postpone or cancel when the weather doesn’t cooperate on event day,” said Nathan Nicholas, chief executive of Nicholas Hill Group.
“With this in mind, we’ve partnered with Events.com to offer events and their registrants the nation’s first fully integrated Event Cancellation Refund Program where we’ll provide refund protection to participating events.”
