Eventbrite to manage EEA events

Eventbrite has linked up with Exhibitions and Events Australia (EEA) to manage the ticketing for more than 15 of the firm’s consumer events.

The agreement will see Eventbrite managing EEA’s vast portfolio of events, including Australia’s Home Shows, MindBodySpirit Festival, the EveryWoman Expo and the SMSF + Investment Expo across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

Chief executive and founder of EEA, Jane Ford said the partnership with Eventbrite will further EEA’s commitment to innovation and reputation for excellence.

She said: “EEA and Eventbrite share a focus on providing tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations and ensure outstanding experiences for attendees.

“With so many synergies between our two companies, the partnership is truly a natural fit.

“We’re excited about the solution engineered by Eventbrite, which includes enhanced functionality, insights and integrations, and will further elevate the high quality of experiences we strive to deliver to event attendees each year.”

Phil Silverstone, general manager of Eventbrite Australia, said the partnership had resulted in an innovative solution designed to enhance attendee experience.

“We’ve been incredibly impressed by EEA’s commitment to innovation in the exhibitions space, and we’re delighted to have collaborated on a custom solution that harnesses the power of the Eventbrite platform to create a seamless experience for attendees, whilst offering invaluable data and insights to the EEA team,” he said.

“EEA will be among the first in Australia to have access to our game-changing suite of on-the ground services, powered by Entegy. With custom event apps, integrations, and comprehensive analytical and reporting capabilities, EEA now has the technology they need to continue creating world-class experiences for their attendees, and we couldn’t be happier to be partnering with them.”
