The news comes on the heels of the firm announcing a significant capital investment and acquiring an extensive portfolio of intellectual property. It has been aggressively acquiring assets to strengthen its position in the marketplace and has acquired facevaluetickets.com, which has been consolidated into its operations to further support its growth strategy.
