Irish Pro14 rugby union club Connacht has agreed a partnership with Future Ticketing.
The deal has been signed ahead of the start of Connacht’s 2018-19 campaigns in the Pro14 and European Challenge Cup. Future’s digital ticketing platform will facilitate individual ticket sales for both competitions and season tickets which are still on sale ahead of Connacht’s opening fixtures at the Galway Sportsground stadium.
Future adds Connacht to an Irish sporting portfolio which already includes many of the country’s horseracing courses, League of Ireland football clubs, Gymnastics Ireland, the Ring of Kerry Cycle and horseracing body Tattersalls.
The company also provides ticketing software solutions to a range of events and visitor attractions including the Book of Kells at Trinity College, Dublin.
Head of commercial and marketing at Connacht Rugby, Brian Mahony, said: “Our new ticketing platform has allowed us to seamlessly integrate with our existing technology stack and has improved our efficiency and our ability to understand and connect with our supporters.
