French ticketing company Weezevent has appointed Isabelle Chevallier as its executive vice-president, Europe.
Previously of Intellitix, Chevallier (pictured) will manage Weezevent’s offices in France, Spain, Switzerland and the UK and will be tasked with growing the company’s presence on the continent.
Chevallier had worked as European head of business development at Intellitix, after having previously spent 16 years at Sony Music Entertainment.
Chevallier said, according to the MaGestionBilletterie.com website: “This is a very powerful and solid service that has proven itself in France on major events. With a complete range of services ranging from ticketing and access control to cashless payment and a very competitive offer, Weezevent has everything required to develop internationally.”
Pierre-Henri Deballon, president and co-founder of Weezevent, added: “We are convinced we have the best answer to the problems of live (entertainment), all that is needed now is to make it known before demonstrating it on the ground, and it is in this context that Isabelle comes to support us, with her strong European expertise.”
