TivoliVredenburg, one of the largest concert halls in the Netherlands, has linked up with Eventim to support ticketing for its more than 1,700 yearly events.
With more than one million visitors a year, the venue will now integrate with the Eventim.Inhouse system, which has been specifically developed for venues that want to organise ticket sales using their own webshop.
Suzanne van Dommelen, managing director of TivoliVredenburg, said: “The cooperation with Eventim is a great match. As TivoliVredenburg consists of six different halls – some seated, some unseated –, and as many of our visitors are used to buying their tickets at a physical point of sale, we are quite a demanding client.
“The Eventim.Inhouse solution provides us with a great support, giving us more resources to fulfill our ambitions in other areas. Additionally, Eventim.Inhouse optimises the customer journey for our visitors.”
Eventim.Inhouse supports all departments of a venue, including box-office, marketing, administration, controlling, IT and, the theatre manager’s office. It can be configured to meet the needs of each individual theatre.
