New UEFA allocation rules will see thousands of supporters miss out on getting a ticket in the ballot process leaving many fans angry.
Fans at European clubs have taken to Twitter to complain about the new allocations, with many citing small general public allocations available.
One fan states: “Never ceases to annoy me when CL/Europa allocations are announced for finals. A joke 9k proper fans and then all “UEFA family”. It’s abhorrent.”
Another said: “Something needs to be done about future ticket allocations & venues. The big clubs need to get together & lobby @UEFA, this type of carry-on has been going on long enough & is totally unacceptable.”
Well done to @TonyBarrett for speaking out. Something needs to be done about future ticket allocations & venues. The big clubs need to get together & lobby @UEFA, this type of carry-on has been going on long enough & is totally unacceptable.

Meanwhile, Manchester United season ticket holders will be pushed out of their seats during the Champions League match against Valencia due the new allocations.
Those at Old Trafford who usually sit near the away fans will be asked to give up their seats for the LaLiga team after UEFA said visiting teams must be offered 3,800 tickets in Europe this season. Previously, Champions League matches would see away fans allocated 3,000 seats.
United apparently advised those renewing season tickets of this eventuality in a letter over the summer.
Also, United’s website reads: “The club may from time to time relocate a ticket holder from their usual seat to an alternative seat where this is required.
“The club cannot guarantee that the ticket holder’s usual seat will be available for every home cup match.”
Meanwhile, away fans traveling to Spain will be pointing to UEFA to implement changes in Champions League ticket pricing as Valencia revealed its prices. Manchester United fans will need to pay £72 for a seat at the Mestalla Stadium when the teams face each other next month.
In April, UEFA announced it would tackle the dispute of away fans being charged inflated prices by their European counterparts.
