Walt Disney World has revamped its ticketing website to include date-based pricing as a result of its “ever-growing popularity”.
Customers can now plan all their trip details and buy tickets that have been priced based on the date of the visit.
Using the new interactive calendar, guests can see the lowest-priced days during a month and select their dates based on that.
Another new feature to the website is that customers will be able to modify their tickets prior to their start date. However, if the ticket’s start date is changed to a date with a higher ticket price, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference, though no refunds will be available for guests changing their tickets to lower-priced dates.
According to Attractions Magazine, the resort hopes that date-based pricing will better distribute park attendance throughout the year.
