Hong Kong Ticketing makes Softix switch

Hong Kong Ticketing (HK Ticketing) has successfully switched to the Softix ticketing technology platform provided by TEG, Asia Pacific’s leading ticketing, live entertainment and data analytics company.

HK Ticketing is a subsidiary of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited (HML) and is one of the region’s largest privately-owned ticketing operators, with multi-distribution channels for entertainment events in Hong Kong and Macao.

TEG’s Softix technology is a white label multi-channel ticketing solution operating in a range of venues across 20 markets in Europe, Asia, USA, Africa and South America.

TEG chief executive Geoff Jones said: “TEG is delighted to enter this partnership with HK Ticketing. We are thrilled that Softix will be the engine helping drive future growth and a new era of innovation in customer service.”

Venues in its portfolio include the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo, HKAPA Béthanie Landmark Heritage Campus, The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao and Studio City, Macau.
