Ticketmaster UK crashed earlier today (Friday) after the high demand for Busted tickets became too much for the site to handle.
The pop band are due to tour the UK in March 2019, stopping off at Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, Birmingham and London.
The tour will support the release of their fourth album Half Way There on February 8, 2019.
Tickets went on sale at 9am, shortly after which fans took to Twitter to complain about the site being down.
One fan posted a picture of the Ticketmaster error message, which said: “An unexpected error occurred. The site is not reachable at the moment, please try again in a few minutes. Thanks for your patience.

At 9.30am, Ticketmaster UK tweeted: “It’s a very busy morning with lots of great events on sale. The best way for you to get tickets is to use your desktop or the Ticketmaster app.”
