British folk rock band Mumford & Sons has been forced to postpone four dates on its ongoing Delta Tour due to what it has described as “unforeseen technical and logistical challenges”.
Tomorrow’s (Wednesday’s) gig at Manchester Arena has been cancelled, along with dates at Sheffield’s FlyDSA Arena, Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena and Liverpool’s Echo Arena in the coming days and weeks.
The band said its current tour is “by far the most ambitious” it has put together. As a result, it has had to free up time in its schedule to execute the plans amid “obstacles” that have emerged during production.
