Mariah Carey has failed to sell thousands of tickets for her UK concerts scheduled for this week.
More than half the tickets on Ticketmaster for Friday’s concert at the 13,500-capacity First Direct Arena in Leeds were still unsold on Thursday evening.
Carey is scheduled to play Nottingham, Leeds and London as part of her European All I Want For Christmas tour.
A source told the Irish Mirror newspaper: “It’s been a real struggle.”
As it stands, there is still availability for Tuesday’s gig at London’s O2, with prices ranging from £23 to £142.
The popstar is the best-selling female artist of all time, with over 200 million albums sold.
