Tickets.com partners protecht to help customers get refunds

Tickets.com has linked up with protecht (TicketGuardian) to help more customers obtain refunds for event tickets they bought but cannot use.

Under the agreement, Tickets.com partners will have access to the protecht TicketGuardian technology, allowing for control over ticket inventories as well as access to real-time data and analytics.

The two companies are also teaming up to offer the protecht FanShield product to Tickets.com partner venues and the event-goers they serve, offering patrons the opportunity to protect their purchases against unforeseen circumstances.
