Activity Stream unveils seasonal price plan for festivals

Business solutions company Activity Stream has launched a price plan for festivals and seasonal event holders

The company develops subscription-based data services for stadiums, theatres and concert venues globally, enabling live entertainment organisations to analyse their customer, sales and marketing performance – all in real time based on artificial intelligence.

Martin Gammeltoft, vice-president of commercial operations at Activity Stream, said: “We have established ourselves with the attractive off-the-shelf model that has enabled many clients to take advantage of the most advanced tools in order to increase revenue and improve customer understanding and experience, without needing to put down a big investment or tie up key resources in time consuming IT projects. However, we felt that the monthly subscription model was a bit out of sync with festivals or other very seasonal organisations.”

The new ‘seasonal’ price tier allows clients to sign up and only pay for nine of 12 months of the year.

These customers will maintain access to all the features and benefits of a full subscription including full customer history and continuous tracking of website traffic. The difference is that the solution will be put in ‘hibernation mode’ for three to six months of the year.

Martin continued: “Our partnerships with major ticketing networks like Ticketmaster, AXS, Spektrix and Ticketek give us access to a lot of festivals and I expect this new offering to make us a much better match for this type of clients, based on the feedback we’ve had from them so far.”

The seasonal price tier will become available from March 1.
