Lagardère, a multinational media conglomerate, has finalised its move to sell ticketing firm BilletReduc.com to the Fnac Darty group through its subsidiary France Billet.
The strategic sale was announced last January and initiated by Lagardère, which has four business lines including books and e-books; travel retail; press, audiovisual, digital and advertising sales brokerage; sports and entertainment.
The firm is making the move to separate its entertainment and media arms, choosing only to retain Europe 1 and Paris Match within its activities.
The financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed.
