Australian ticketing firm Oztix has acquired event technology platform PleezPay, in addition to announcing several internal staffing changes.

Oztix has also announced several major internal staffing changes, including the appointment of Steve Tassone as general manager, Jim Cunningham as national operations manager, Amy Gates as NSW and ACT business development manager and Dave McCarthy as digital campaign specialist.
