Ticketmaster Italy has teamed up with Italian festival promoter Home Entertainment to expand its portfolio of events.
The ticketing giant will provide end-to-end ticketing services for all Home Entertainment’s festivals and events.
The Live Nation-owned firm will also provide an on-site presence at all the promoter’s festivals to provide fan engagement events and creative marketing activities.
Amedeo Lombardi, founder of Home Entertainment, said: “We are confident that Ticketmaster’s experience, technology and international reach will help us to enhance our festivals in the best way possible. Our fans are our number one priority and with Ticketmaster we will be able to provide them with the best experience imaginable.”
Home Entertainment produces festivals such as Elvis Days, Fiera d’Irlanda, FreeHome Day and Future Shots, as well as the two Italian dates of Home Festival in Venice and Core Festival in Treviso.
Daniele Bei, managing director of Ticketmaster Italy, said: “We are thrilled to welcome our very first independent festival promoter, Home Entertainment, to the Ticketmaster Italy family. Together we share a passion for live and providing the best fan experience. We look forward to a long and rewarding relationship, one with great potential for future growth in Italy as well as internationally. This is just another step forward for the Ticketmaster team into the vibrant entertainment market in Italy.”
The announcement comes after Ticketmaster Italy recently partnered with Zed Entertainment, one of the largest venue operators and promoters of major events in Italy.
