The Jacksonville Jaguars NFL team has expanded its partnership with IdealSeat to give fans the ability to input their experience preferences online for real-time ticket recommendations.
The firm’s chief executive said the technology focuses on turning single-game ticket buyers into season ticket holders.
IdealSeat, which first partnered with the franchise in 2018 to empower Jaguars ticket staff to assist fans over the phone, is a technology company that helps sports teams maximise ticket sales by improving the customer purchasing process and building fan profiles through its Fan Intelligence platform.
“The IdealSeat technology is empowering our staff to assist fans in making data-driven decisions customised to their unique needs,” said Chad Johnson, Jaguars senior vice-president of sales and service and chief content officer.
“Fans and visitors can seek out a social experience, a family experience or even a super fan experience and then connect to seats that feature their most-desired stadium amenities. And with IdealSeat’s updated technology, guests can now access these personalised options directly through our online ticketing systems.”
IdealSeat gives fans and first-time guests to TIAA Bank Field the ability to explore areas of the stadium that feature sun or shade, family-friendly seating, access to food or drinks, and fan areas. The process results in increased revenue for the team, an accelerated sales process, and an improved experience for fans.
