All-Party Parliamentary Group on Ticket Abuse (APPG), an informal committee of MPs and peers with a mailing list that consists of ticketing industry, promoters, fans and artists, will this week host a special meeting on resale in sports.
The meeting at the UK’s House of Commons will see presenters from the Rugby Football Union, England and Wales Cricket Board, British Horseracing Authority and Ascot racecourse.
At the last APPG meeting on ticket abuse in February, it was agreed that the focus was on music, and therefore, the upcoming meeting is focused on sport.
