Family Tickets builds new site based on customer feedback

Family Tickets, the UK entertainment ticket agency aimed at parents with young children, is to launch a new website next month built entirely on customer feedback.

The platform offers parents the opportunity to find nearby shows and attractions, browse by age and location, and share reviews of events and venues. Hundreds of events will be listed, from hit West End Shows to a choice of regional family events across the country.

Family Tickets, which has already sold 1.2 million tickets, said its new website is notable because it is built entirely on parent feedback and recommendations.

It has announced plans for more than £100,000 of discount codes and a number of competitions and promotions as part of a marketing drive ahead of launch.

Andrew Bishop, managing director of Family Tickets, said: “With ever more hit family shows and attractions to choose from we’re delighted to be launching a new website that will help more UK families find and book amazing days out.”

Family Tickets said it is also developing a help centre for its customers, with around 2,500 support articles submitted so far covering everything from age suitability and travel advice to buggy parking tips.

“The new website is designed to give parents the best possible experience at every stage, from planning and booking tickets easily, to knowing what to expect on the day, and sharing reviews and recommendations with other parents after the show,” the company said.
