PatronManager hits ticketing milestone

PatronManager, the US ticketing, fundraising and marketing platform for the arts, has hit the $1bn milestone in total ticket transactions.

More than 700 organisations use PatronManager, primarily symphony orchestras, theatres, opera companies, dance companies, university performing arts centres, and museums.

The company was founded in 2010 with a view to creating a cloud-based, customer relationship management solution that unifies box office ticketing, fundraising, and marketing functions for arts organisations.

Michelle Paul, managing director at PatronManager, said: “In the past nine years, we’ve enabled our diverse customer base to build stronger and more profitable relationships with their patrons. This milestone just further emphasises why we continue to be the leading arts and culture ticketing CRM in the US.”

In 2017, Patron Technology was established as a new parent company for the brands of PatronManager, which is focused on data-driven event technology solutions to improve experiences for attendees and provide opportunities for deeper relationships with sponsors.

Paul added: “With the integrated platform of Patron Technology and our dedication to the non-profit arts community, we will continue driving this billion-dollar momentum across the digital ticketing industry. We celebrate this momentous occasion by reaffirming our continued support of advancing the arts through technology.”

In February, PatronManager unveiled a new public ticketing site designed to enhance sales for its clients, allowing arts organisations to be able to better integrate ticketing pages into their website using professionally designed customisable themes.
