Vivaticket client London Theatre Bookings has partnered with The Turbine Theatre, a new venue launched on the site of London’s Battersea Power Station.

Last month, a team from Vivaticket met with Paul Taylor-Mills, the Turbine’s artistic director, and London Theatre Bookings chief operating officer Ryan Woods to discuss the project, with the theatre having been set up within a couple of weeks.

London Theatre Bookings is the company behind the successful Theatre Cafes in London’s West End.

Taylor-Mills said: “A huge thanks to all the team at Vivaticket. A new project is always tricky with many changes and uncertainties but Vivaticket’s commitment and turnaround to make this work was hugely dedicated and successful. Looking forward to working with Vivaticket and all the team at The Turbine to get this new venue firmly on London’s theatre landscape.”

The Turbine Theatre will seat 200 guests and is set to host its first performance on August 22.

The theatre is located under the Grosvenor Bridge railway arches at Circus West Village and forms part of the Battersea Power Station’s regeneration plans.
