Hong Kong’s Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) is seeking a new ticketing system and operation service provider.
The Hong Kong government entity offers entertainment and cultural programmes, as well as community recreation and sports events.
A deadline for submissions of midday on February 14 has been set by the LCSD.
In terms of sales, customers are currently served by a full range of ticketing offerings at outlets throughout the territory, as well as internet, mobile and telephone booking services.
The Technical System Options of the Next Generation Urban Ticketing System (URBTIX), as outlined by the LCSD in the tender document, is the current system in use.
Cityline is the current ticketing solutions provider.
