Welsh football club Cardiff City has teamed up with NewC to install a new ticketing system designed to enhance the fans’ user experience.
The football-focused full service provider NewC, which operates Roboticket, offers ticketing systems, loyalty programmes, POS and access control.
Cardiff City, which competes in the EFL Championship, said the move has been designed to “future-proof” its offerings and allow for enhancements and improvements across digital platforms.
The club said: “We anticipate minimal disruption to supporters, but there could be a short period of downtime during the changeover process. We appreciate your patience during this time.”
The Danish ticketing firm works with a number of high profile clients such as the Danish Football Association, the Danish League Association and leading Danish club FC Kobenhavn.
