Planet Bluegrass employs See Tickets as first ticketing partner

Planet Bluegrass has named See Tickets as its first ticketing partner in its more than 40-year history for its three Colorado festivals.

The North American music event organiser, which runs Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Rockygrass Festival and Rocky Mountain Folks Festival, previously used its own proprietary ticketing system.

“The time for change has come,” said Planet Bluegrass executive director Craig Ferguson. “See Tickets shares our vision to both modernise and improve our guest’s experience at our festivals.”

See Tickets will be employing its ticketing and RFID system for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, which runs from June 18-21. Rockygrass Festival is schedule for July 24-26, while Rocky Mountain Folks Festival runs August 7-9.

Boris Patronoff, See Tickets chief executive, said: “We’re super excited to work with an iconic festival group like Planet Bluegrass, and we are especially honoured to be the first ticketing company they have trusted with their stellar brand.”
