KX Tickets has partnered with Activity Stream to boost the customer experience at the newly opened Troubadour Theatres and across the West End.
The theatre ticketing box office and ticketing operations firm is looking to improve marketing, operations and audience experience through its new deal.
Activity Stream, which handles almost 100 million tickets per year, focuses on technology solutions within the live entertainment and sports industries, with several ticketing partners. The platform applies artificial intelligence and data analytics to create actionable insights.
Ryan Epps, operations manager at KX Tickets, said: “Seeing how Activity Stream can bring data together in a way that is both easy to understand and work with, we are extremely excited for the potential insights such a powerful system can provide us. We believe this will allow us to provide a better all-round experience for our customers, productions and partner companies.”
The services will bring together ticket sales data from Spektrix, audience data enriched by The Audience Agency as well as digital campaign data, providing KX Tickets with a connected view of sales, inventory and audience.
