The multi-year agreement will provide the NCAA Division I US college with ticket sales, service, and data analytics strategy.
“We are thrilled to integrate the Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions team into our overall operation to provide continuous improvement to the level of service we provide to our fans,” said Brad Wurthman, senior associate director of athletics for external operations at Virginia Tech.
“After thorough review, we identified an area of need in our operation and identified an industry-leading partner who is fully committed to growing this program alongside our team. This partnership gives us a chance to continue to form deep connections with many of our fans while we work to build the future of our fan development program together.”
